This charming holiday apartment in Kustići on the island of Pag is located just about 15 metres from the sea – in the front row with a beautiful view of the Adriatic and Pag Bay. The quiet location, sunny balcony and immediate proximity to the beach make the apartment ideal for couples and families who want to spend their holiday right by the water.



The holiday apartment is located on the second floor of the well-maintained, privately run house and offers around 45 m² of space for up to four people. It features a separate bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and an open living and dining area with a sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette. The facilities include a cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine as well as cookware, crockery and cutlery.



A special highlight is the approximately 6 m² south-facing balcony with direct sea views. Here you can have breakfast in the morning overlooking the Adriatic or spend the evening relaxing to the sound of the waves. The balcony is partially covered and equipped with a table, chairs, awning and clothes rack.



The apartment is air-conditioned and has WiFi and SAT-TV. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is also a private outdoor grill, free parking directly at the house, an outdoor shower and a sun terrace. Pets are welcome, up to three animals are possible. Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.



The house has a total of five apartments, each with its own balcony and sea view. For guests with their own boat, there are also four boat moorings directly in front of the house, available upon prior request and subject to availability.



The sea and the nearest shingle beach are practically right on your doorstep. Other beautiful bathing coves with crystal-clear water are also quickly accessible. A restaurant with regional cuisine is located only about 20 metres away, the town centre of Kustići about 50 metres. A bakery and a small supermarket are approximately 300 metres away. It is around 6 kilometres to Novalja with its numerous restaurants, cafés, shops, bars and leisure facilities.



The surrounding area is excellent for swimming, snorkelling, diving, windsurfing, sailing and boat trips. In Novalja, various water sports activities such as jet-ski, parasailing and wakeboarding are also offered. The accommodation is also a good starting point for day trips, for example to the national parks of Plitvice Lakes, Krka or Kornati.
