Our holiday apartment is located in the Dolomite Mountains of Brenta, an idyllic location in the village Brez. From the balcony you can enjoy a view of the town, apple orchards, and majestic mountains. Our cozy apartment is brand new and has all the comforts of home.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung über die 7 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir zwei Erwachsene mit 4 Kindern (15, 12, 10 und 8 Jahre). Die Wohnung bietet genügend Platz. Die Küche und die zwei Bäder sind super ausgestattet und die gesamte Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Ausflüge haben wir an den Lago di Santa Giustina gemacht, hier waren wir sogar zwei mal und konnten unser Stand-Up-Paddle gut nutzen (am See ist nicht überall gut zugänglich, wir haben den See bei "LE PLAZE" angefahren, hier gibt es ein Gebührenpflichtiger Parkplatz). In Bozen konnten unsere Mädels ausgiebig shoppen gehen. Wir konnten am Vigiljoch eine Seilbahn und eine wirklich entspannte Fahrt im Sessellift erleben. In Santa Valburga (Schwemmalm) sind wir bis auf 2.600 m gekommen. Vom Standort der Wohnung können viele Ziele angefahren werden, nur ist mit eine Anfahrt mit dem Auto von bis zu 1 Stunde einzuplanen. Zusammengefasst, die Gegend ist wunder schön und nicht nur eine Reise wert.

L'appartamento corrisponde perfettamente a quanto descritto nell'annuncio: molto grande, ci abbiamo soggiornato comodamente in 8 tra adulti e bambini. Molto bene arredato, pulitissimo, con grandi spazi comuni, che ci hanno permesso di godere appieno della nostra vacanza. Il signor Albertini, poi, è davvero un host eccellente, sempre disponibile e cortese.

Casa accogliente e pulita, spazi ampi e privacy

L'appartamento di Daniele ci è piaciuto molto. È ristrutturato da poco (cucina e bagni) pur mantenendo alcuni elementi della tradizione (salotto con camino e travi). Abbiamo soggiornato in 7 adulti e 2 bambini e ci siamo stati comodamente. Abbiamo potuto sfruttare la cucina per mangiare e cucinare tutti insieme, e grazie ai preziosi consigli di Daniele abbiamo potuto godere di qualche momento sulla neve (spostandoci un po' con l'auto) e acquistare qualche prodotto tipico! Consiglio davvero questo bell'appartamento!

Sehr schön

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen, einem 2jährigen Kind und einem Hund eine Woche in dieser schönen großen Wohnung. Es war fast alles perfekt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat auf unsere Wünsche prompt reagiert. Die Bilder hier entsprechen genau der Realität, die Küche ist schön renoviert und großzügig. Uns fehlten lediglich Tassen in einer - für uns - üblichen Größe. Es gab nur Espressotassen und riesige Tassen, war aber nicht so schlimm. Auch die Bäder sind neu, sehr schön und funktionell. Von den 8 Betten waren 6 wirklich super, Ein Doppelbett war uns viel zu weich und eigentlich nur Klappbetten in einem Bettgestell. Im Dorf gibt es einen Laden, der zu Fuß erreichbar ist und direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich ein Spielplatz. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben von hier aus mehrere schöne Wanderungen unternommen. Prachtig groot huis, super behulpzame verhuurder.

We hebben 3 hele mooie weken gehad. Daniele, de verhuurder is zeer attent en erg behulpzaam, reageert vrijwel onmiddellijk. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer grote keuken met veel opbergkastjes. Er is wel een vaatwasser en vrieskast, deze staan niet in de omschrijving. De 2 badkamers zijn pas helemaal vernieuwd. Het bad is weg maar daarvoor in de plaats mooie inloop regen douches. De fotos in de advertenties kloppen niet allemaal, die zijn ook van de boven verdieping. Er zijn 4 zeer ruime slaapkamers, waarvan 2 met grote kast. De gratis Trentino-card heeft ons veel geld bespaart. Wij hebben met 10 personen erg genoten. Een echte aanrader dit huis!

Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung

Sehr schöne und topsanierte Wohnung in einem traditionellen Haus mit viel Raum. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Die moderne Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit dem Auto sind in ca. 30 Minuten viele attraktive Unternehmungen möglich (u.a. Bozen, Brenda-Dolomiten und ein Stausee zum Baden). Ein kleiner Supermarkt mit allem notwendigen für das tägliche Leben ist fussläufig erreichbar. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Sehr gelungener Weihnachtsaufenthalt in großer Runde

Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft sehr aufgeräumt und sauber. Die Küche ist groß, umfangreich ausgestattet und alle Küchengeräte funktionieren einwandfrei (NEFF). Die Bewertung eines früheren Gastes, daß Ofen und Herd gleichzeitig nicht zu nutzen sind, kann ich nicht bestätigen. Des Weiteren konnten wir, entgegen einer anderslautenden Bewertung, den Kamin ohne Einschränkung nutzen; der Vermieter hat gegen einen Obolus regelmäßig Brennholz bereitgestellt. Auch war er immer per WhatsApp und Telefon bei Fragen zu erreichen und hat sich auch bei unserer Vorbereitung des Aufenthalts sehr engagiert, um alle offenen Fragen zu klären (Restaurant erster Abend, Skigebieten, Skiverleih, ...). Einen Stern Abzug gibt es wegen der zwar grundsätzlich sauberen Bäder, welche aber aus den 1970er oder '80er Jahren sind. Allerdings werden diese im Jahr 2019, laut Vermieter, auch renoviert. Des Weiteren ist zu beachten, daß alle Bilder auf fewo, welche einen Dachausbau und/oder ein neues Bad zeigen, NICHT zu dieser Wohnung "Pink Lady", sondern zu einer kleineren Ferienwohnung gehören. Unterm Strich, ein gelungener Weihnachtsurlaub!

Bilder entsprechen nicht den Tatsachen....

Wir haben mit 2 weiteren Personen die Wohnung "Pink Lady" gebucht. In diesen Räumen befinden sich 2 Badezimmer und 4 Schlafräume für insgesamt 8 Personen. Die Badezimmer stammen auf den 50-gern. Sie sind alt, dunkel, Fliesen sind teilweise mit Rissen, auf der Decke im Bad mit Dusche ist schwarzer Schimmel, die Installation lässt die Wassertemperatur kaum regulieren....entweder ist das Wasser kalt oder heiss...keins der Fotos auf den Seiten entspricht diesen Räumen. In zwei der vier Schlafräume befinden sich überhaupt keine Schränke oder andere Möbel, wo Kleidung untergebracht werden kann. Der angepriesene Kamin funktioniert gar nicht. Die Küche ist zwar neu mit modernen Geräten, aber die Elektroinstallation lässt es kaum zu diese zu benutzen: wenn wir Backofen und Herd gleichzeitig benutzen wollten, sind die Sicherungen jedesmal (!) rausgesprungen. Es befanden sich insgesamt 4 Becher in der Küche für wie gesagt beworbenen 8 Personen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und bemüht gewesen unseren Unmut zu besänftigen, was unter diesen Umständen kaum möglich war, man bot uns an, die Räume früher zu verlassen, was Angesicht der Entfernung (über 900 km) nicht realistisch war. Zum Glück spielte das Wetter mit, und wir verbrachten nicht sehr viel Zeit in den Räumen. Da ich sehr oft über Internet buche, möchte ich anderen die Enttäuschung ersparen, deswegen habe ich mich hier bemüht so ehrlich wie nur möglich die Örtlichkeiten zu beschreiben.

Ottimo appartamento, nuovo e ben tenuto. Pulito, spazioso, caldo, con tutti i confort indispensabili a portata di mano. Cucina e soggiorno immensi come l'atrio e corridoio zona notte; stanze da letto e bagni grandi. Daniele, il titolare, si è rivelato molto disponibile e gentilissimo. Una ottima persona. Posizione buona per spostarsi e raggiungere località sciistiche o turistiche senza dover fare ore di strada. Noi siamo stati molto soddisfatti della scelta.

Nice, very spacy appartment with a great host

Very nice appartment (pink lady) with great kitchen, fireplace in the livingroom and overall plenty of space for all of us. We stayed there with 6 adults and 2 children. Daniele the host had plenty of information already provided prior to our stay but was available anytime we needed something. He was very helpful and guided us to very nice places around. A playground for smaller kids was right in front of the house and a small grocery store is in walking distance.

Schöne große Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und riesig. Für unseren Urlaub zu 8 perfekt. Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und der Blick aus der Wohnung in die umliegenden Apfelplantagen herrlich. Es hat uns wunderbar gefallen!
