The accommodation features a comfortable double bed, an additional sofa bed, a seating area with SAT-TV, as well as a small but well-equipped kitchen with everything needed for self-catering - including gas stove, refrigerator, filter coffee machine and dining table. For hot days, an air conditioning system is available (for a fee). The en-suite bathroom is equipped with bathtub, toilet and washbasin.



A special highlight is the beautiful, Mediterranean inner courtyard of the house, which is used as a communal terrace. Under old fig trees, surrounded by colourful flower pots, the courtyard invites you to relax with sun loungers, a large table, seating areas and a parasol - whether for breakfast outdoors or for a cosy evening with a glass of wine.



The location is ideal: In just about 200 m distance, you reach the sea with a selection of bathing beaches - from rocky bays to concrete plateaus. Shopping opportunities, restaurants, cafés and a bus stop are also in immediate proximity, as well as leisure activities such as mini golf, tennis, diving or organized boat trips.



The studio is part of a house with two units. Access to the house is not optimal by car due to the narrow old town alleys, but the special location ensures a quiet and authentic atmosphere. Public parking spaces are located nearby, and affordable tickets can be organized through the landlord.
