Villa Mimosa is a marvelous and new, beautifully made villa for 8 persons with private swimming pool. The house itself was built in 2003 and renovated in 2015. Villa Mimosa is situated 2. 5 km from Novigrad, 15 km from Poreč, 13 km from Umag and 65 km from Pula and the airport.
The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with a beautiful table. The kitchen is well furnished with all the necessary; oven, stove, dishes, dishwasher, freezing conpartment etc. The three bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, as the 2 bathrooms. However, the fourth bedroom has a "touched-up" touch, located on the first floor of the house.
The outside space (800 m2) is dominated by the marvelous pool (32 m2), the well mantained lawn, the garden type and the beautifull panoramawiev. The outdoor terrace for 8 persons and barbecue. There are 6 deck chairs at guests disposal and 2 parasols. You can also find bicycles at your disposal as well as a badminton court.
