Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Although we had agreed on the time of arrival, no one was allowed into the apartment. We rang the phone, did not answer. We paid the money but did not receive the service. I had to look for accommodations elsewhere. I don't recommend it to anyone!
