Ferienhaus Kleine Weite Welt

The "Kleine Weite Welt" holiday home has 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a shower, bathtub, and toilet, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and a living area with a 4-meter dining table, a 65-inch TV, and a piano. A small, dog-safe fenced-in garden and two terraces are available for guests’ exclusive use. The parking area, garden, and ground floor are wheelchair-accessible; there are no steps, all doors are 100 cm wide, and the shower is barrier-free. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The other 4 bedrooms are accessible via a staircase on the upper floor.

Each bedroom has a 180x200 cm box-spring bed. One bedroom also has a large box-spring sofa bed for two people. In two bedrooms, the box-spring bed is arranged as two single beds. Each bedroom features a modern flat-screen TV with a screen size of at least 43 inches and satellite connection.

The kitchen is state-of-the-art and fully equipped. It features a 500-liter refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser, a dishwasher, a convection oven, a microwave with grill, an induction cooktop, as well as pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and all kinds of glasses—including red wine, white wine, and champagne glasses.

A modern washer-dryer is available for guests’ use.

The “Kleine Weite Welt” holiday home shares a roof with the “Große Weite Welt” holiday home. Both properties are completely self-contained, have their own entrances, their own fenced-in gardens, and their own terraces with a dining table for 16 people and a grill. There is no connection between the two units inside the building.
The playground, featuring swings, a 3-meter slide, an XXL outdoor chess set, and a ping-pong table, may be used by guests of both holiday homes (“Kleine Weite Welt” and “Große Weite Welt”). Free parking for 4–5 cars is available right next to the house.

The house is intended for family holidays. Parties, events, bachelor/hen nights, sports teams, and sports clubs are prohibited. No children’s or youth groups are permitted (neither accompanied nor unaccompanied). Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, the outdoor areas, terraces, balcony, ping-pong table, and playground may not be used. The access roads to the house and the car park are under video surveillance.
