Decent hotel but worse than other 4 star hotels

It doesn't really feel like 4 star hotel, had issues with the internet, they block it if you have a VPN installed on your computer. The rooms are ok but mkji bar was empty and bed was not very comfortable. The breakfast ok but not like in other 4 star hotels.

It gives more then any other 3 star hotels provides.Rooms are extremely clean,staff helpful and the restaurant is beyond my expectations. Hotel is close to everywhere considering the size of the city.I will definitely stay there for the next time.

They have a free sauna! The staff was friendly, clean and comfortable rooms, and everything worked. They packed me a no-go bag for my breakfast because I had an early morning flight. I will stay here again.

Clean and comfortable hotel in Astana. Also cheap.

New one. This hotel is very clean and our of hotel is also clean. It is new building. But almost staff can not speak english. If you are can not speak russian, you need translater to ask service.

nowiutki hotel w rozbudowujacej się okolicy. Standard adekwatny do swoich trzech gwiazdek. Przemiła obsługa i pyszne śniadanie. Internet działa sprawnie. cóż więcej chcieć?! Dla nie mówiących po rosyjsku może być trochę trudniej.
