I will preface this review by saying that I have been a loyal Limehome customer for years and have stayed at many Limehomes. I booked a two night stay at this location for the beginning of December and had an absolutely terrible experience. When I first entered the apartment there was a terrible smell. It was also just generally unkempt, with black mold in the shower and ripped laminate flooring. I immediately noticed that there was a dead, rotting bird right outside the window on the balcony. I closed the curtain to get rid of the awful sight and to my horror I discovered that there was BL**D SP*TTER all over the wall and curtains!!!! It looked like there had been a nasty, bloody fight. I was absolutely horrified and disgusted so I reached out to Limehome. They did not seem to care too much but they did promise to refund my first night and to have cleaners come the next day. Later on, I discovered MORE BL**D SP*TTER over other walls both in and outside the apartment and even on light switches I had touched! I felt so uneasy being in the room, not knowing where else I would find blood. I reached out to Limehome again to inform them and rather than making things right they decided to renege on their promise and no longer refund my first night and now only refund me 25% of my two night stay. This was not simply a matter of a dirty room - this was a biohazard! I am disgusted with Limehome’s response to this. I will never book with them again.
