They have many restaurants or shopping stores minutes away from their doorstep. The breakfast lunch and dinner is really good. The stuff is very friendly and accommodating.

From check in to check out the staff at this hotel were wonderful. The room was large and quiet despite being beside a train station. The hotel is centrally located making it easy to discover old town and easy to navigate with the nearby train station. The breakfast was wonderful. It was open for a while in the morning making it perfect if you needed to sleep in or leave early. There were hot and cold options as well as an egg station should you want something more custom. The pool/sauna/steam room/spa was a great way to wind down or take an afternoon reprieve. The staff were extremely friendly and remembered us throughout our stay ! Thank you for a lovely stay!

The hotel property was great; however, our room had a left over roll-away bed left in it (that we easily got resolved). The big issue we had was the bathroom that had black mold. The water and humidity from the shower created a breading ground for this and it’s only going to get worse.

We stayed one night and wanted to see the history of the town. Hotel was 5 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the town centre. Beautiful little town. We also found a great italian restaurant hidden away in the centre if the town.

The hotel was okay for a one night stay on our way to Frankfurt airport. It was within walking distance to Nuremberg old town. However, the facility was old and worn. the cleaning staff were using the same elevator as the guests to go up and down. The front desk staff were not friendly or knowledgable. They forgot that we had valet our car and we waited for 30 minutes before asking them again about our car status.
