Excellent family resort and also has a secluded adult section. Very popular with Australians. Excellent dining options in and around the resort. Service and facilities are outstanding. Beach is great BUT weedy if you wish to dive in. I'd highly recommend the resort.

Advantages: clean, friendly staff, room cleaning twice a day, large pool areas, gaming and play rooms for kids, amenities within room and bathroom, very spacious, ample breakfast choices disadvantages: overly priced food and drinks, food quality is mediocre, the beach area is not walkout outside the front, bathrooms don’t have vents so your stench will fill up the whole room, not much to do right outside the hotel except a few food marts, restaurants and massage parlors.

Stayed 10days and felt like a number. No one remembers you or your name. Booked an ocean view modernised room with coffee machine and arrived to get a basic old room with no view. Had to pay extra to upgrade after I selected the upgraded room. So noisey at night, music, weddings. Food boring with minimal Balinese food. Spa good but therapists average (talking to each other or in phones whilst in treatment) expensive. Lots of young workers on their phones all the time. Front desk staff don’t understand English well.

Staff are amazing as for the resorts pool need a makeover very old and outdated the kids slides need to be refurbished there not like the pictures there very ild and run down the floor around the family pool needs to be fixed the bricks are all coming out cut out feet complained go a band aid only not worth the money we paid for the rooms are 5 star but outside resorts 3star

Very friendly staff, all smiles and welcoming. Room needed a bit TLC and maintenance. Buffet breakfast was great, a lot of varieties. The beach is quieter and cleaner compare to Kuta area. It's a great family resort in Nusa Dua offers lots of activitiea and entertainment for young families.

The hotel provided an excellent stay, largely thanks to the incredibly kind and friendly staff who went out of their way to make sure guests felt welcome. The cleanliness of the hotel was good, which added to the overall comfort. The facilities offered were top-notch and really enhanced the experience. However, dining at the hotel was on the pricier side, which might be a consideration for those looking to have most of their meals on-site. Despite that, the quality of service, amenities, and the welcoming atmosphere make it a highly recommended place to stay.

Can’t fault the Grand Mirage Family Paradise. Absolutely made for families in mind - main pool that isn’t too deep, indoor soft playground, games room, splash park. Plenty to keep the kids entertained. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and very quickly knew our kids’ names. Buffer breakfast was great too. Will be back!

1. The area around is dirty. 2. It is always burning something. Chemical some sort. 3. The ocean is dirty. Plenty of garbage in shallow water. 4. The restaurants that have air conditioning is poorly air conditioning. 5. Very limited amount of restaurants that are air conditioned… 6. The breakfast is very poor. Almost no cheese. Bakery is almost always not fresh. 7. The pool is clean and nice. 8. some rooms have mould.
