Appartment in optimaler Lage

Zimmer über den Dächern von Nyons mit fantastischen Ausblick auf Berge, Altstadt und Alte Brücke. 4 Stockwerke tiefer Ausgang in die schönste Gasse Nyons voller z.T. sehr guter Restaurants.

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Alles perfekt, die Wohnung liegt mitten im Altstadt von Nyons. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt.

agréable séjour

Après des difficultés pour obtenir les clés, nous avons découvert un appartement agréable et bien situé. Joachim qui nous a finalement reçu est de bon conseil. Pourtant, on regrette que l'appartement ne soit pas mieux entretenu (pas de lampes de chevet dans la chambre, douche bouchée, impossible de faire marcher la TV, pas de bouilloire ni de grille-pain, peu de couverts, rien pour laver par terre, 1 volet de la chambre difficile à fermer...). C'est dommage alors que l'appartement est par ailleurs bien équipé en électro-ménager.

Seconde fois que je loue mais cette fois très déçue

Déçue... J'ai loué cet appartement durant le mois d'août, il y a des années, l'appartement était géré par une agence immobilière et rien à redire. Là, 3 jours avant mon départ, aucune information concernant la procédure d'arrivée, comme le stipulait Abritel. J'ai dû téléphoner au propriétaire (numéro international merci) lui demander les informations et stupeur m'a répondu ne pas avoir regardé les locations et que l'agence immo gerait. De là, j'ai contacté l'agence immobilière et surprise l'agence ne gerait plus les locations saisonnières. Donc s'en sont suivis des échanges avec le propriétaire afin que je lui rappelle mes dates de réservation et heure d'arrivée afin qu'il trouve une solution pour que quelqu'un puisse me remettre les clés. Et à l'arrivée, la déception de voir que clairement mon arrivée n'était pas prévue...Appartement sale, sdb entièrement sale, la lunette des wc moisit la cuvette aussi (je ne pensais pas que ça pouvait exister). Frigo pas net, bref j'ai dû nettoyer dès mon arrivée. La télé impossible à régler. En somme pas très sérieux, ça n'est pas le tout de mettre des appartements en location, encore faut il les gérer. Dommage car l'appartement est bien situé, bien équipé et il a une terrasse avec vue imprenable (il n'est plus neuf depuis longtemps il faudrait réparer/changer matériel abîmé ex la Senseo qui fuit, pommeau de douche calcaire donc peu de pression, manque des lattes ds canapé lit..). Nyons restera une de mes destinations préférées malgré tout

Duplex très plaisant en centre ville, très bien situé pour profiter de la ville de Nyons et découvrir la région. Nous espérons bien y revenir !

Leuk appartement prachtig uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamer Direct in het gezellige centrum van nyons

Het huren via internet snel en makkelijk maar de communicatie om de sleutel te ontvangen heel erg slecht , het is dat ik goed Frans spreek en versta en de buren. Bezocht heb om in contact te kunnen komen met de beheerder uiteindelijk bij de derde poging is dat gelukt anders hadden we voor een dicht deur gestaan na een lange reis er werd in de app niet gereageerd op mijn vragen totaal niet

Centre ville parfait

Cependant attention aux 3 étages escalier colimaçon, pour les personnes ayant quelques difficultés. Terrasse agréable, belle vue, chambre â l'étage au 4eme. Pas de lampe de chevet, éclairages ampoules brutes sans luminaires. Accueil parfait.

Mooi plekje, maar alleen bereikbaar via smalle en lange wenteltrap. Er mag wel aandacht mogen worden gegeven aan ontsnappingsroutes wanneer brand zou uitbreken.

L'appartement est très sympa, neuf et agréable à vivre, de plus la vue de la terrasse est formidable. Ce lieu est idéal pour un couple. La gérante est d'une grande gentillesse et disponibilité.

Vacances superbes, dans une très belle région!

Appartement très agréable, grande terrasse sans vis à vis. Chambre très lumineuse avec vue superbe! Les inconvenients: le stationnement, absence de places à proximité. Les 3 étages à monter, mais çà n'a pas été une difficulté pour nous.

L' appartement dans l'ensemble est bien. Pour le ménage il faudrait qu'il soit fait à fond de temps en temps car les bouches d'aération sont couverte de poussière..... La porte du meuble au dessus du four est enlevée du aux charnières défectueuses. Il faudrait préciser qu'il est au 3 étage sans ascenseur et que la chambre et au 4 ème étage au total (+ 60 marches à montées avec un escalier en colimaçon étroit). Difficile de trouver une place pour se garer et à proximité.

Gute Lage mit steilem Aufstieg

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön am Rande der Altstadt, mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf Altstadt und Brücke. Es sind ausreichend Lokale und Geschäfte für den alltäglichen Bedarf fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung teilt sich auf zwei Etagen (3. und 4. Etage) auf, die über das Treppenhaus mit einer ziemlichen steilen Wendeltreppe verbunden sind. Die offene Küche im Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung, neben Herd und Backofen ist eine Spülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine und eine Mikrowelle vorhanden. Von der kleinen Terrasse mit Sonnenschirm blickt man zum Fluss und zur Brücke. Das Schlafzimmer liegt auf der 4. Etage und ist nett eingerichtet. Hier gibt es den schönsten Blick auf den Ort. Die Kommunikation erfolgt in französisch.

Appartement propre, bien équipé. Très bon accueil dAmina. La seule difficulté est de pouvoir stationner à proximité de l'appartement situé en haut de la rue piétonne.
