This beautifully updated home offers a fully equipped kitchen, bed linens and towels, hot tub, fire pit, and much more to make guests feel right at home. The home features a well-stocked "Tail Wagger Station" for your dogs (1 or 2 small, well-behaved dogs allowed; $150 pet fee). Enjoy all that Oak Island has to offer when you stay at our place.

There are two security cameras on the exterior of the home - one at the front entrance and one in the patio area. These cameras are maintained for your safety and to ensure that only authorized persons are on the premises (i.e., registered guests, property owners and managers, and service personnel). Please note that the camera in the patio area is directed toward the side entrance and the gate in the fence; it does not provide a view of the hot tub area. There are no security cameras inside the home.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
BEACH TOWELS: Wash, dry, fold, and return towels to laundry room shelves. If you used linens in the Pack n Play, wash with the beach towels and replace. Allow about 2 hrs for this task.
KEYS: Leave any keys you have used on the dining room table. Lock the front door behind you as you leave. Send text message to (770) 630-3895 to let the property manager know you have checked out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
