The open floor plan provides amazing views of the ocean from the kitchen and living area. The living space offers plenty of seating with a couch and a trio of recliners wrapped around a coffee table and the mounted flat screen TV.
The kitchen welcomes you with plenty of counter space and room to operate so cooking is a breeze. You can enjoy your home cooked meal at the dining table, which is equipped with seating for five to go along with four additional stools at the bar.
The master suite is finished with a king sized bed, a lounge chair perfect for enjoying your favorite book, a private bathroom and private access to the oversized deck!
The front two bedrooms are furnished with a queen bed, flat screen TV and access to a shared bathroom in the hallway.
The expansive deck is finished with a porch swing, chairs for lounging and working on your tan as well as an outdoor dining table perfect for a quick snack before heading back to the beach or pool.

The SSV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

The Beautiful “Endless Summer”!
We were so Happy in the Clean, Beautiful condo! We had the most wonderful time with our family. The pool was absolutely wonderful and the grounds were taken care of with Love. The view of the ocean was magnificent. The owners made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Flooded Property
Property flooded as did one of my vehicles during stay. No communication, warning, or signs stating danger of flooding. After rain from a tropical storm in South Carolina property including parking area and pool flooded. I'm out a vehicle, $500 deductible, and personal items in car. No warning by email or phone to move vehicles from property management. This has happened before per local residents. This property acts as a flood basin during heavy rain events. Property manager refused to pay deductible. I would highly recommend not staying at this property. Oak Island community also has water issues. We were told not to flush toilets, take showers, or use sink due to overwhelmed sewer system. If being trapped by flood wasn't bad enough?
