Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! This beautiful home is located oceanfront on the west end of Oak Island and features fabulous south facing views of the Atlantic Ocean as well as views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Lockwood Folly Inlet. Enjoy these views from both covered lower and upper-level decks equipped with a variety of seating and rockers to relax and soak in the view. When you are ready to head to the beach, take the slatted boardwalk over the dune to your perfect spot on the sand. On your return, the dune side landing provides room to park your beach gear and hose off the sand. There is also a hot/cold outdoor shower in the carport.

Inside you will find an open, well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, dining room seating for six looking towards the ocean, additional four seats at the bar and kitchen table seating for four. There is also a highchair and booster seat as well as a Pack-N-Play for the smaller guests, and the home accepts up to two dogs per stay as well. Five flat screen TVs are in common areas and some bedrooms with streaming capabilities. The living room TV is connected to Spectrum cable. The bathrooms were updated in spring of 2024 providing larger showers in the upstairs ensuites. Wireless internet and unlimited long-distance calling within the continental US keep you in touch if desired. Enjoy your stay in this exceptional beach home!

The property was as advertised. The location was good, and the beaches were not crowded at all. I know it is the end of season, but very nice and relaxing! The layout of the bedrooms was nice. The stairs were in the middle, and the bedrooms were in each corner. Nice views in front and of course facing the beach! Good parking for the cars. Dealing with the property group was great, I would like to say Katelyn at OIA was helpful and wonderful to work with! Thank you all!

The place was very nice and clean! For 3 days workers came to the door, one said he was to change out the keys ,one actually walked into the house while our wives where there by themselves.The 3rd person tried to get in but we told him we are here til Thursday.We contacted the Rental office and they said they didn't have any service tickets for this property.Very strange!Either poor communication with you sub contractors or someone was trying to break in.
