This four bedroom, two full bathroom home comfortably accommodates your group with a well-appointed sleeping layout that includes two king beds, one queen bed, and two twin-over-twin bunk beds - perfect for families or larger groups.

Start your mornings or unwind in the evenings on the covered, gated front porch, complete with classic rocking chairs where you can take in the ocean views and breathtaking sunsets. Whether you're sipping coffee at sunrise or enjoying a glass of wine as the day winds down, this space is made for relaxation.

We've made beach days effortless by providing all the essentials you'll need - beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and more - so you can spend less time planning and more time enjoying the beach.

Inside the home features a spacious living room and kitchen area, perfect for gathering and entertaining, along with durable laminate flooring throughout the house for a clean, comfortable feel. The home offers a welcoming atmosphere with a variety of entertainment options for all ages, including games, books and puzzles - perfect for family nights or a quiet afternoon break from the sun. Kitchen was very well-stocked with all needs. The Wi-Fi was inconsistent one night. The ice maker and water on the fridge did not work well. Very close to the beach. Mainly the cleanliness was a bit low - we had to wash all the blankets and mattress covers which were covered in sand and possibly dog hair. Towels were low quality. Under the furniture was dusty. To us, the price is a lot and we expected a bit better.

it was cold in April, but this house would be perfect for a summer trip if you like the beach. close to ocean, easy layout, well stocked kitchen, good mattresses and a casual island vibe with groceries and restaurants in bicycle distance.

Perfect for pet owners

The house was perfect! Well stocked and very clean. The dog run for our 2 Shelties was the BEST! Great location. We are building a home at OKI so we were there on business and had a few hours on the beach each day! We will come back soon!

"Out of the Blue" Stands Out!

"Out of the Blue" was the perfect weekend place for us and our dogs! The property was clean, beds were comfortable, beach access was easy, and the rocking chair sunset views were amazing! The fenced pet area with direct access from the back deck was a huge bonus! Check in/out was so easy. We loved our stay and would definitely choose this property again!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay with our two dogs, and two kids between two families. The house is exactly as it shows in the pictures and it is absolutely perfect if you want to bring your dogs. Situated perfectly diagonally across from a wide beach access point. The amenities were great. Check in and check out was extremely easy. I would definitely stay there again.
