Oceanfront building next to the pool makes it easy to go back and forth from the beach to the pool and fast bathroom breaks (closest stairwell to pool, but an interior unit so no noise from pool heard from unit). 1st Level: Smart TV in living room, Amazon Fire stick available on master bedroom TV, standard TV in kid's room has a DVD Player. VCR, CD player, books, games, puzzles, pack-n-play, booster seat. Hardwood flooring and ceramic tiled bathrooms. Updated kitchen appliances. The covered deck has ample furniture and boasts great oceanfront views! Walkway to the beach, seasonal pool access, grilling area, each condo unit has an outside shower for rinsing off. Across the street from Oak Island Golf Club and Duffer's Bar and Grill. No Phone. Off-Season Monthly Available. Formerly: Scarlett Sunsets

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Oak Island getaway

This place was very clean and had a gorgeous view of the beach. The furniture was comfortable too which was nice on a couple of rainy days. We could hear a minor bit of neighbor noise. Overall, the place is lovely.

Wonderful place

Great ocean front views on the balcony with high chairs and table. Enjoyed breakfast there every morning. Located near wonderful restaurants and golf course. Very relaxing getaway.

We enjoyed our stay. Great views and a relaxing atmosphere. An initial problem with internet connection but fine once straightened out. We were disappointed that the pool wasn’t open until the last 2 days of our stay and that we couldn’t access the pool unless we went back to the check in location to get a pass. We were never told the pool was closed. We found out at arrival. However overall our stay was wonderful. Beautiful weather and a very relaxing atmosphere!

Lovely beachfront condo in quiet area

This condo is beautifully renovated and decorated. It's in a very quiet part of Caswell Beach away from bars and restaurants. I loved the peace and quiet but the isolation may not be for everyone. The description of a pool is correct but it's closed due to Covid. But if you like long beach walks and quiet nights, this is a lovely place to find that.
