We were a family of 8 grownups. When we arrived the kitchen was very warm from a unit that had been left on on the stove and all knobs were on incorrectly. The fire alarm had been disconnected and was laying on the table. The backyard is set up for children and there are lots of activities for them. The owners need to go through the kitchen and attach a large fixture and dishwasher (When full of dishes tips all the way out) so will not fall on a child.We would have liked more utensils and glasses for 8 people. A table to seat 8 inside the house would be a very nice addition.

Beautiful property, incredible backyard with lots of entertainment options. Communication with host was easy and quick. Big rooms and bathrooms. Super comfortable. Highly recommended.

It was near-perfect for our needs. There is a second rental on the property that was not noticeable but I was startled to realize someone else was there! The smallest bedroom and bed was too small for the adult who slept there but would be fine for a kid, and the hot tub did not heat up to an adequate temperature, but everything else was great, super clean, and spacious. Happy surprise to find a car charger in the driveway.

Overall, the property was a great stay. The house accommodated all of my family members. Very clean and organized as it appears on the photos.The house does need some work and minor repairs. Be aware that there is an efficiency with someone staying on property (we were unaware of this).

Great Spot

A number of friends stayed at this nice home. The host is great and the house is nice and updated. A few things are done in a bit of a quirky/novice way but nothing that is annoying or problematic for our group. I'd definitely stay here again.

Comfy home with Modern amenities

We stayed at this wonderful home while we are searching for a permanent residence. We couldn’t of been happier and more comfortable. The owner is wonderful and we will highly recommend to others venturing through the Oak Park area.
