Screened in porch, dock, deck and large private yard. Large living/dining room area with new kitchen. New bath with shower and washer/dryer in bathroom. Master bedroom on first floor with 2 bedrooms upstairs. 2 Kayaks and canoe, ceiling and room fans. TV, DVD player. Gas grill.
