Many good points. Clean. Comfortable. Close to Amtrak Station. Friendly and efficient staff. Disappointing was no shuttle to Amtrak - only a few hundred yards but transport needed with luggage. Would stay again.

Nice hotel in easy reach of CBD

Pros: Clean and tidy, handy location
Cons: Rooms are smallish, so be prepared for cramped conditions if you have 4 people staying in the one room.
Location: Great shopping and dining options within easy walk from the hotel.
We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Nice easy commute over the bridge to Emeryville and the rooms are clean and tidy, albeit a bit on the small side for a family of four with suitcases and bags! Friendly staff, easy parking with and walking distance to some nice shopping and dining options. Would stay there again on our next visit to SF.
