The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Upon departure, drop garbage into the driveway grey bin that says "Garbage Only" and recyclables into the other grey bin.
Turn all lights, air conditioning/heater, remotes, and appliances off before departing.
Wash any dishes, put things back in their original places, and take all your belongings.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

-No extra/Overnight guests (If more guests than listed in the reservation or if the number doesn’t match, we reserve the right to cancel reservation).
-A refundable security deposit of 1 month's rent is required. VRBO holds and returns funds within 14 days post-checkout if no damages are reported.
-11am is check-out time; a fee of $20 will be charged for every 20 minutes of delay.

What a beautiful place! Inside was immaculate and cozy with well-labeled cabinets and plenty of towels. Lots of morning sunlight streaming in and hummingbird feeders all over the yard. I especially liked using the electric fireplace to warm up after a night out. Kristie was a very kind host and accommodated me after I arrived in the evening due to a delayed flight.

I had a great stay! Kolibrie Huis was a perfect tiny house. It was clean, well equipped, comfortable, and centrally located. The garden and private patio were very peaceful with real hummingbirds around.
