This beautiful ground level flat on the edge of Elmwood and Rockridge is the perfect base for your visit. The spacious home is filled with light and has two bedrooms, a large living-dining room, top-of-the-line appliances and a bathroom. Beautiful bathroom and unique tile work. A secure private entrance leads to a garden with a fire pit and cozy chairs. Built in 1919 and remodeled in 2021, this fully-restored Berkeley-style house is filled with character and life. Hop on a Ford GOBike at the station just half a block from our home - an affordable and eco-friendly way to explore the area on a one-way trip or day-long adventure. E-scooters are also readily available nearby for a fun, quick jaunt without breaking a sweat.
