This was te worst experience I ever had. From the parking, the whole place was feeling bad. Cold windy front desk, dirty carpets in the hallway and the room. Bugs in the room, worn out room.

You really can’t find a better value for the money in this or any area, but bring house slippers because the carpets in the room haven’t been shampooed in probably a decade. I had to lay down sheets and extra towels to walk on.

Cheap is t worth it!

Smells of cigarettes and marijuana coming thru vents. Cooling system didn’t work and overall elevator and hallways nasty. Ice machine doesn’t work and the soda machine doesn’t work. I guess that’s what you get under $80 bucks In Oakland

Staff very rude, rooms are outdated and dirty. The furniture is broken down and outdated. Very very smelly, noisy the refrigerator smells rotten and hasn’t been cleaned out in years. Elevator broken down and the other one is too slow for transport I didn’t find anything that I liked about this place. I really don’t want a picture of that place on my phone

Complete Dump

This listing was completely misrepresented. I don't know when that photo was taken, or where, but the ramshackle building I drove up to is not what was described or pictured in the photo. AT ALL. There are vagrants and homeless around, it feels unsafe, and the entire place looks like it's ready to be demolished. It's dirty, hasn't been repainted for decades, and feels unstable. The actual room looks like a halfway house unit. There is no bar, or food service, and hasn't been since Covid. A deposit that was higher than what I (over)paid for the room is required for incidentals that don't exist. I'm so disgusted.

The surroundings were questionable but when we got to our rooms they were clean,smelled good and beds were comfortable. Actually a nice stay.
