The place is beautiful and the front desk attendant was very polite. As a woman arriving very late and staying alone, I did feel safe, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the bedding was not clean. The pillows were visibly dirty—one looked like it had been stepped on with a dirty shoe. Shortly after getting into bed, I became itchy and believe I was bitten, which made it impossible to sleep comfortably. I have sensitive skin and could tell dust had accumulated. I barely slept due to this and was very disappointed, as cleanliness is non-negotiable.

The rooms ARE neglected. First room assigned had four doors 3 were locked one bathroom door but no closet so, technically by building code standards, it isn't a bedroom.

Someone was smoking outside the room and the smell just came through. Have people smoke in designated areas. When I checked out the lady at the desk saw me waiting and she was on her cell phone for 4 minutes. She did not acknowledge me. This was at 10 A.M. on Tuesday 1/6. I stayed at the Economy Inn next door 6 year ago and the service was way better.

Nice to have a little bite to eat in the mornings . So glad they have a nice continental breakfast selection. And everything is fresh and clean throughout the hotel property! I never see a lot of trash out or around the property! The staff there is very kind and helpful, from the front desk , maintenance, to the housekeeping!!!. Overall very pleasant place to stay at

The thermostat control system had a “service required” on display so I could not make the room warmer and then I couldn’t get warm water in shower. Once I was in bed I was warm and slept great! It was a short stay on the way to my final destination. If I was expecting a longer stay, I would have requested another room, but in this case it wasn’t a big bother.

Staff member was great, but rooms were super outdated for the price paid. We ended leaving and driving 5 hours home at night. Area also seemed sketchy.
