The bathroom had had a wonderful make over, the bed was super comfortable. The living area has had a pleasing make over,all in all a very pleasant stay

Walked in to the lobby and was greated with a warm and friendly smile. Our room was fabulous with a big bed and everything we needed in an oversized room. Food was perfect with a great variety to choose from. All staff were extremely pleasant and nothing was a problem. If I had to critique anything at all would be signage and menu options for your international visitors from the Asian areas in their language. We will happily come back and certainly recommend your beautiful hotel. Regards Lynda and Amanda

I was in the old part of the building, which is quite dated. The room was old but spacious with a new and great bathroom. Quite a long walk from the carpark to my room. Leighton on Reception was really pleasant and cooperative. I will certainly stay there again.

We had an old room. Bit tired. Noise from room/s next door was loud during night. Function room smoking area was right below window. Therefore was overpriced for what you got .. especially in Oamaru.

They took into account my crook hip and got me a room by the lifts, and made sure my motorbike was safe. Amazing place!

It was very noisy and room was above a sports bar, plus guests were very noisy at night and in the morning. Lack of sleep due to the noise will not be going again and would not recommend if I could get our money would be good but I can not see that happening thanks for your inquiry Steve Joy

Sorry your stay was unsatisfactory. The nights you stayed were very busy nights in the hotel, with lots of groups, the weekends, can be a bit noisier than usual, especially if we have a full hotel, which makes the hotel noisy.
