Modern Apartment in Oaxaca

This unit was one of six in a small complex, made up of three top/bottom duplexes. This unit is nicely finished in modern tile, wood and painted surfaces. All plumbing, appliances, doors, windows, locks, drawers, cabinets operated well. Window screens were a welcome feature. There was a decent amount of space in the closet. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. The owner was very friendly and responsive. Drinking water was included in the cost and provided when needed. Several items not provided would have enhanced a longer stay (ours was six weeks). The listed stove is a two-burner cooktop without oven. Neither toaster (or toaster oven) nor microwave were included. The refrigerator is an undercounter style and size. Lastly, the units in the compound are close and the nighttime quiet can be affected by an inconsiderate neighbor. Overall, the apartment was nice, well-located, and felt safe and secure. Weekly maid service was provided, which was appreciated.
