Staff was wonderful! From the reception, cleaning staff and the cafe. However, we would have appreciated some drawers for our clothes, a small refrigerator or an ice bucket at least and we had issues with the hot water and we had to recharge the key card every other day.

Upon arrival and throughout our stay, staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered a simple yet delicious breakfast buffet. The hotel is quick walk from the city center and many other must see locations.

Included secured parking and a delicious buffet breakfast on the beautiful terrace. They do not have an elevator, so prepare to climb 3 flights of stairs where the dining area is located. Great stay and service!

It was my first time staying at Hotel Real Alma, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best hotels in Oaxaca that includes breakfast. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and always ready to help, making my stay comfortable and pleasant. One of the highlights was the beautiful view of Cerro del Fortín — waking up to that scenery each morning felt magical and added a unique charm to the experience. The included breakfast was delicious, varied, and beautifully served — the perfect way to start a day of exploring Oaxaca.
