Everything was great the only thing that i would like to advise the owner is that they should change the shower heads because the water came out all over the shower. Thats the only thing but the rest was great

You get what you pay for. Noisy and Internet in doom did not work. No natural light and they play live piano at 8am, so plan to be awake. Staff were nice and lobby interesting but overall? Would not return.

The hotel is centrally located close to restaurants and shopping. We asked for late check out, it was declined even though the rooms were empty afterwards. The ac wasn’t working and the hot water ran out after a couple of minutes.

The staff was welcoming and professional from the moment we arrived. We stopped by early to drop off our luggage before check-in, and they tagged each bag and provided us with a receipt. While this may seem like a small detail, I really appreciated the extra security. The room and bathroom were both spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated with an elegant old-world charm that added a lot of character to the experience. The only minor drawback was that the room had a low mechanically noice at times. It wasn’t enough to disturb our sleep, but it’s something worth noting for light sleepers. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

The location is great, just 2blocks to the Zocalo or Mercado’s. The hotel is clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. On the down side, the halls were noisy and the beds were very hard. However, the shower was hot and the price is right.
