The hotel is very clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are no elevators in the hotel so if you have mobility issues you will need to stay on the ground floor. The free continental breakfast was only coffee, hot water, teas, and cookies. Not very good, but the menu options were good. I would stay there again. I loved it.

The room is very noisy as it is next to the dining area and it is all open and they play music constantly. The breakfast was fine but very slow. From start finish would take about an hour to arrive and it was only eggs. One day I had to leave halfway through as I had to go on an excursion so went on a day trip with no breakfast.

The location of the hotel is in the heart of town, very safe and convenient. The hotel is well maintained, and the staff is amazing. Special thanks to the front desk, Patricia in particular, that went out of her way to accommodate our requests and was a total sweetheart. I would definitely come back, we never wanted to leave !!

The hotel is close to everything. Lots of shopping and food options are close by. It is very clean and modern, however there are no elevators if you have mobility issues. You will need to make sure you get the ground floor.

Every thing was excellent hotel near from everywhere markets, tourist travel agency where you can visit all places near Oaxaca. The hotel has a towels premium quality, I recommend this hotel and I will stay at this hotel again.

El hotel es comodo, centrico,bonito el desayuno se sirve ya tarde mas cuando tienes tours, nunca me habia tocado un hotel que sirva hasta las 8:30 el desayumno, de igual manera hasta en los hoteles boutiques tienes una plancha para ropa.
