Internet was bad, there was mold in the bathroom, shower on top of the toilet, no hot water, and they wanted to charge us twice for room taxes, which were already in the total showed in the booking details.

If I could give this hotel a no star I would. Not only were we overcharged for change of room for two double beds in room but the conditions of rooms were terrible. Also there are sections of rooms were ceiling heights were under 5ft. My son who is over 6 ft tall bumped his forehead twice. DO NOT COME. Asked staff for a taxi and he suggested I walk a few blocks to get taxi. Conditions of rooms are very run down. If Oaxaca wasn’t such a beautiful place to visit the trip would’ve been terrible but the only bad experience was the hotel. Oaxaca itself is beautiful.

Comfortable stay for the price, only thing we didn't like was how noisy it was during the night. You can hear everything that's going on outside and on the top floors. Other than that, it was a comfortable space.
