Hotel, room, and restaurants were great. The spa was disappointing. We booked two deep tissue massages for my wife and I, which were specifically confirmed as such prior to booking them. The massages were superficial and could be considered a relaxation massage at best. We both asked the masseuse to apply more pressure, but they must have not been very experienced because they did were not receptive. When a hotel advertises specific types of services, they should be able to deliver and this was not the case here.

Hätte mehr erwartet

Check in top, Check out eine Katastrophe. Ich stand 10 Minuten an der Rezeption, der Mitarbeiter wurde sogar von einer Service Kollegin aufgefordert endlich an den Empfang zu kommen, und dann grinste er mich auch noch unverschämt an. Zur Sauberkeit... Staubflocken in der Garderobe und ein Haar im Bett sagen alles. Auch das Frühstück war für ein Hotel dieaer Kategorie sehr übersichtlich. Ansonsten schöner Wellnessbereich mit Tee und Wasser, Parkplätze etwas knapp aber ok.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wunderbar Aufenthalt mit grossem Zimmer und guter Standort. Parkplätze kostenlos vor dem Hotel verfügbar. Frühstück und Abendessen einfach perfekt und empfehlenswert! Würde dieses Hotel wiederum buchen, da Preis und Leistung hervorragend war.
