Centro Hotels - accommodation in Oberzent

First impression, nice big modern hotel. Friendly staff. Check-in was easy. Easy access to train and bus from lobby. Uber was always within 5 minutes away. Receptionists gave great recommendations for where to eat within walking distance. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, two chairs near the window with a view of the Heidelberg Castle from it. There are two pillows, both of which are too soft to use alone, but raised your head too high used together or folded in half. The bathroom was really nice, and for being in Germany, it seemed like the largest shower I’ve had in a while. There was a speaker in the bathroom that let you hear what was playing in the tv, pretty nice feature. The tv allows you to stream your devices directly to it which was really nice. Overall I had a really great experience and would definitely stay there again next time I’m in the area.

Room was tiny but nice. Parking is available but it’s very tight. Very convenient to walk the pedestrian zone in Heidelberg. Would stay there again.

The room was clean! Wi-fi was working fine, no issues there. The staff were not really friendly, but we didn't need assistance/help, so again, no issues there!
