Evaluation mitigée
Appartement très propre et spacieux. Convient pour une famille avec 3 enfants.
Deux bémols, le matelas de la chambre principale est très inconfortable pour passer une bonne nuit. Ce point a été signalé au propriétaire.
L'autre point concerne le bruit en général dû au restaurant situé en dessous. On trouve par exemple le bruit aux allers et venues des clients (pause cigarette sous les fenêtres), mais plus encore de l'extracteur d'air qui ronronne assez fortement jusqu'à très tard.
