I truly can’t understand the ratings that this hotel has which is the reason that I ended up booking it but it’s the last time I trust ratings. The hotel smelled terrible. There was a portable unit for AC or humidity removal in the hallway so it was musty and stagnant in the hallway the room itself smelled like it had been smoked in and just had an awful odor. It was too late for me as I hadn’t chosen the option to receive a refund during booking, but that’ll be my lesson learned for the future. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend it to anyone.

You might as well not have glass in the windows in the room. They have no sound insulation. This hotel was louder than hotels ive stayed at in NYC. The constant trucks, cars drag racing and more outside made it impossible to even watch tv let alone sleep. And removing the coffee makers from the rooms and not even having complimentary water in the lobby makes the place seem cheap. The breakfast building is the pool building and doesnt have enough space. The front desk staff are busy talking with each other and the houseman more than the customer and the morning front desk staff is very indifferent and non caring that i was disappointed about the lack of water. Thought best western was a better quality than this especially for the price. Will avoid this brand in the future. As someone that worked in the hotel industry i expect better.
