Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
No clean sheets or towels, unclean place
Arrived late at night to discover no clean sheets or towels, along with dirty dishes in the sink, etc. Property had clearly not been cleaned which made my first night unpleasant. Contacted the owner who said they would refund the cleaning fee. After a few reminders they stopped responding.
