Nice hotel. Not so nice cleaning skills.

The Check in was smooth, front desk staff was phenomenal. Checked in to no sofa sleeper sheets, blankets or pillows. Room sleeps 6 but was only set up for 4. Only had towels for 4. Towels weren’t clean. There was used makeup on 2 rags, dark color pubic hairs on towels and all in bathroom. Food and a liquid substance in sink of “kitchen area” Bed linens had a “wet” feeling to them. When I told staff I was asked to send pictures to an email but no compensation was offered.

Good price for a decent room with a comfortable bed. Site is right on I-75 which is convenient for getting quickly off and back on the road. But this means considerable highway noise — since I’m hard of hearing it didn’t bother me LOL. Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The TV remote was disgusting. Very very sticky and when we tried wiping it off, hand towel was filthy with dirt. Never did get it clean, just used a washcloth to hold it. Otherwise the room was very nice.

Room was not really clean. They charge extra per cleaning fee, but the room and bathroom floor were not clean. We have to use an old rag to mop the entire floor.
