The safe in the room was locked. 3 different people tried to get it unlocked without success. Since only staying 2 nights tried to tell housekeeper no need to clean room but both of them did not speak any English. I believe bi-lingual and more is wonderful however if work in customer service related field you should be able to speak English as well as your native language. Not fluently but able to have conversation with paying guest in the Country's language.

The staff was very kind and friendly at check-in and we had requested a first floor room near the hotel entrance which they happily accommodated. The manager Bridget was especially welcoming. Beds were very comfortable and we appreciated having a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room.

The tub faucet running and is pulled away from the wall. We could not log onto the internet on our computer. The wires going to the tv are hanging in the front. The mattresses need replacement. Exhaust fan in bathroom is clogged up and does not exhaust anything.

We made a good choice with this hotel for our 3 night stay. Staff was friendly. Exterior, lobby and rooms were clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. In - room jacuzzi tub was great. Parking was sufficient but spaces had to be tight to give everyone a spot. Surrounding area appeared to be safe. There were a half dozen reasonably priced restaurants within a 5 minute drive. The negatives were minimal: showerhead water pressure was pretty bad and ice machines couldn't meet demand.

The property was clean and convenient. The price was good. They had coffee in the lobby and while they procided sugar they did not provide any type artificial sweetener. I would stay at this hotel again in the future.

Our room was listed as a smoking room. When we arrived, we were informed there is no smoking anywhere in the building. I searched hotels by smoking rooms. I am uncomfortable. Please update your hotel choices and restrictions.

The rooms were fair. The room was musty smelling and very damp The staff would only give you a towel in you turned in a towel. NO extra towels allowed. One morning at 5am the fire alarms went off. When we went to the front desk to inquire the girl qas on the phone with her boss not knowing what to do. Never acknowledged I was there but ran past me upstairs. The staff seemed very young and inexperienced.

We were awakened 2nights by the staff knocking on our door bc the smoke alarm was evidently showing up as active but we couldn’t hear it. Friday night the fire alarm went off in the hallway too. Awful Night

The room was dark. Lighting terrible. One bed was literally so bad I was laying on springs. I became I’ll with respiratory allergies. Could not sleep Possibly mold. The young man at the desk was nice but busy. No additional help visible. Someone left a container of dirty laundry in the coffee room. There were men hanging out at the side door late in the evening smoking This has made me very Leary of Red Roof Inns.

Cockroaches people fighting weed manager telling me sometimes people bring them in. Smell in room. Uncomfortable beds with springs gym had 2 extremely old things had to wait for 20 mins to check in other bugs with hair and dirt piled up behind door after check in felt unsafe people hanging around

Very good budget hotel.

This hotel is great for the price. It is no frills. No breakfast. That being said, the room was cleaned every day. The cleaning staff actually did a great job. Check in was easy. Very efficient. Area felt safe. Was there for a very long horse show and saved a ton of money. Fairly close to downtown Ocala and to WEC. Again, it is no frills, but for just sleeping, it is a nice place.

Had issues with safety at the hotel and felt like staff members may have gone through my bags as they called me to ask if I had left yet since they found limited items in my room. Felt a bit uncomfortable staying there so I moved to the Hilton on the second night
