Check in out confusion

Front desk checkout was confusing. Some how got charged for wrong room then made to feel at fault. Won’t get refund for 7 days. Also charged day of checkin and then charged again at checkout. Kind of strange

Lower budget option to stay at the equestrian center. It is far from the main Arena. Room was clean and nice. Be ready for very long hallways. Our coffee maker was not working. With such big hotel they need to pay attention to maintenance.

Beautiful property, clean comfortable rooms.Staff is helpful and friendly. The only downside is there are very few food options, if youre a vegetarian you will most likely have to find food off site.
