Great location and room amenities. Very loud complex, don’t go during first 2 weeks of June, high school senior week. When I asked staff what the quiet hours were, I was told that there aren’t any due to senior week. Not great for us. 2:30 am screaming matches and loud music. No daily housekeeping. Got towels once, had to get our own otherwise. Extremely uncomfortable beds. Great air conditioner. Bad water pressure.

Perfect location. Staff very friendly and helpful. When we arrived, tv did not work, 2 1/2 to 3 hours later still no maintenance. Ended up fixing it ourselves. Also, hair dryer did not work. They gave us another one. Main issue was the WiFi. Did not work well at all even changing with router didnt help. Room was dated, but very clean, beds were comfortable. View from the balcony was great. Ocean and Bay views. Definitely would stay there again.

The property was very convenient to the boardwalk where there were many nearby dining options. Loved the room layout, and particularly having a nice efficiency kitchen area, including a bar sink and decent sized refrigerator.

Beautiful view but the door lock to the sliding door balcony AND the lock to the room were both broke. The sliding door lock kept falling off when we would lock/unlock it. The main door, we had to pull the handle up and mess with it a certain wait to be able to latch & lock it. The room was spacious but very outdated and unclean. The bathroom had hair in the sink as if it wasn’t cleaned prior & it has a muggy smell. With all that said, our ocean view was gorgeous! They just need to maintain the property better.
