Staff was great, even helped bring our luggage up the steps, do not realize had no elevators, the steps weren't too bad. Room was clean, ac/heat works great, the mini fridge kept my drinks icy! Location was great for walking to and from the boardwalk! Only improvement would be the pool, tried it and the sunscreen residue was very apparent in the water. And the size of the pool

Room was cheap, clean, and well maintained. There was a lot of noise from people out in the street the first night. I only slept 2 hours that night. Not really the hotel's fault, but some sound proofing wouldnt hurt. I didnt try the breakfast.

The rooms are moist, that's the major draw back and it smells of wet vents or carpet from time to time. Maybe a humidifier or something to reduce the moist air would help
