Second bedroom has two twin beds. Nice bayside pool. Boat slips are available from dock master. Public boat ramp at 64th street for launching. Great mid town location right next to convention center close to amusements, NO GROUP RENTALS! NO SMOKING, NO PETS. SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTALS ONLY!!restaurants, and nite-life.

Dirty. A/c vents dripping water appears mold in ceiling around vents. Shower full of hair. Soap scum on shower doors. Doors not closing. It goes on. Left property early. Dirty dishes in cab. False add. Premier host ! Unbelievable

My husband and I, and our two teens, spent a week at this property and really enjoyed it. The location is fantastic and we loved the balcony overlooking the pool and the bay. There was plenty of room and the kitchen was well-stocked. We also appreciated the washer/dryer. While it was clean you could tell it hadn't had a really deep clean in a while. There was dust on the baseboards and closet slats and the ceiling was peeling in the bathroom. Other than that it was lovely. The decor was beach themed and the furnishings were updated. AC worked well. I would definitely stay here again.
