Attended a festival, this location was perfect! We didn't spend much time home, but made use of everything in the kitchen and the washer and dryer! Beach is right there and we woke up early on our last day to watch the sunrise. Wish we had more time as this was a perfect stay for the two of us.

Beach front getaway

At this property you are STEPS away from the beach with great parking accommodations. Couches in property have been upgraded since photos were taken and pullout couch was very comfortable. Owner responded within 10 minutes each time! Super clean and wonderful stay. Neighbors are long term renters who have amazing recommendations!

Adorable condo in a great location!

Unit was even cuter than the pics. You tell the owners take nice care of the unit unlike some of the condos Ive rented in OC that the owners probably never visit. They definitely take pride in their condo. This is great mid-town location close to many popular restaurants and shopping. Just one building back from the beach. Bonus was the two parking spots! Owners were super responsive and made everything easy.

Awesome condo in an awesome location

This condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. It’s on the first floor of the building, and there’s lots of parking. It’s one block from the beach. I would recommend this condo for any couple or single person. I was traveling with my daughter, and she said the sofa bed was very uncomfortable which I could kind of see as one end was significantly higher than the other. That’s why I say it’s best for a couple or a single. The bed in the bedroom is large and very comfortable, the linens are soft and nice, and the pillow situation is superlative. There were tons of pillows, and there were both firm and soft ones. It was the best pillow I’ve ever had in a Vrbo, and that’s not a minor thing. There were lots of nice hangers, and there was plenty of dishes and kitchen tools. The washer and dryer were also larger than I expected. The location of this condo is great because it’s ten minutes from the boardwalk, fifteen minutes from Walmart, there’s mini golf and an ice cream parlor literally across the street. I would definitely stay here again if I was traveling without kids.
