The room was very roomy. The bathroom was clean and spacious. View was great, could see the boardwalk and beach along with the street so alot happening in one place. Felt clean and comfortable the whole time. No rust, stains, loose things or broken. The included breakfast was awesome to have each morning with everyting from cereal, grits, oatmeal to waffles, scrambled eggs and yogart. Indoor pool was nice addition as well. Very close to food and stores. Will come back

Nice clean room and the beds were comfortable. Room with balcony was very nice with oceanfront view. Staff were very helpful. Within walking distance to restaurants bars and activities. Property was clean. Continental breakfast was ok but they had the same thing the four days we stayed. Will definitely stay here again.

The lady who checked me and my family in and out was so nice she had amazing customer service skills very professional I wish I got her name. she made sure we enjoyed are room at check in , along with making sure we had a great stay when we left and more super sweet lady very professional. I already recommended my friends and family to stay here when ever we come to OC VERY convenient and great staff

Smoking was restricted on balcony. They only give fresh towels every 3 days and I can’t be sure but I think there was a dead roach on the bathroom floor. Wasn’t the worse, on beach and convenient. Served daily breakfast

Traveled to this hotel on Labor Day weekend - Fri and the cost and stay was awesome. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast was okay. I would and will defintately stay here again! The property is right on the boardwalk and close to all dining options and a few steps from the beach. Parking is free. I booked through Expedia/Klarna and they did not need my credit card for any kind of deposits - Sweet! My only complaint is that the hotel hallways are very dark, they need to upgrade their lighting but other than that, the stay was decent.

I understand breakfast is free but at least cater to people who doesn’t eat pork. Only pork sausage. Also change up the egg do boil some days. The pool was dirty and a lot of the linen had stains on them.

Labor Day Stay

At the end of the day, we had a good time. The hotel is located right on the boardwalk and close to the beach. The issues I had, 1. When I came to check in the employee at the front desk did not ask for any identification, I even asked if she needed it and declined.2. She only activated our key cards for one day, the next day we found ourselves locked out of the room and had to go back to the front desk to find that the card was not activated for the extent of our stay. Again did not ask for ID they just gave us new keys. 3.Parking pass, the date was incorrect on the parking pass, when I asked for it to be corrected they said that the date does not actually matter, they will not tow if you have the pass displayed…even if it is expired. Odd. 4. The complementary breakfast was ok, yogurt, cereal, sausage, eggs, waffles.5. The elevator. If you know you know, ended up taking the stairs the majority of the time.

We had to drive down what felt like an alley to find the hotel. Parking was tight. Front desk staff at check in were quick, friendly, and efficient. The door knob in the bathroom was falling out of the hole. We found a crushed dorito like chip on the carpet. One of the rails in the shower to put your washcloth on was falling out of the tub. Air conditioner worked well. Good view of the ocean. Liked the option of the indoor pool but did not use. Easy access to boardwalk. Liked the fridge and microwave availability. Booked this room specifically because it had a sleeper sofa, but it was horribly uncomfortable.
