Great location but property dirty and not maintained well for the money.
We had a great week with our family and visiting extended family in the area. The place is large enough and location is great. We found the place dirty upon arrival and spent a few hours vacuuming and scrubbing to get it comfortable enough for our stay. A/C filters were disgustingly dirty and moldy so we cleaned all of them! Tabletops were grimy and carpets were not vacuumed in between renters. Actually the house needs a good deep cleaning, upholstery is stained and dirty, carpets stained, paint peeling off on wooden railings on staircases inside home, slider out of family room needs new rollers because it does not slide properly, laundry area full of sand and dirty, windows had face and handprints on them and in need of regular cleaning to remove sea salt air. For the money, this place needs some TLC for future renters. Parking is very tight as well. I would return to unit if I knew the place was updated and cleaned well.
