When we arrived on sunday afternoon we were not made aware that there would be construction going on our entire trip, they offered to move us but we would have to downgrade rooms which what not what i paid for. I came to relax for a couple days and heard banging all thru the day. To make things worst the receptionst said we should be happy its only going on until 5 and not til 9am...WELL FROM 9AM-5PM IS ALL DAY...will never book again

The room was cold due the thermostat being 6 inches below the vent. We had an emergency and had to leave a day early. We called and notified them and was still not able to receive a credit. The bathroom door cannot be opened or closed without shimmying sideways to close it. The hallways smelled like weed. The place has gone downhill significantly.

As always our stay was wonderful! Room was spotless, stocked well with towels, robes, and fluffy pillows. The view was amazing and the tub was to die for!!! Staff was kind and courteous!

signs were every where for early breakfast at the Grand Terrrace BUT the construction workers said it wouldn't be open until the 29th...even the front desk didn't seem to know the posted sign on the front desk was wrong... the only friendly person was the cleaning person who stopped by each day to see if we needed anything... everyone appeared not to even see us... it is a nice place, seems a little pretentious ... we won't be back
