Really nice hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean. Not a far walk to the boardwalk. Beautiful view of the beach! The only thing I didn't like was the smell of the indoor pool, it smelled a bit like a dirty mop (when you let it sit with the dirty water).

Room was spacious, balcony space very large and private. Great views of both ocean and bay from corner king room. Full kitchen, and a large jetted tub in bedroom. Large shower with three shower heads was a nice touch. Breakfast first morning was well prepared, and a great way to start the morning on the deck watching sunrise and the most dolphins I’ve ever seen. Quality next morning was not the same. Lots of wonderful restaurants in area-skip the hotel restaurant. The room finishes, furniture, and fixtures are slightly worn. Saggy cushions on sofa. Free laundry on each level, however the machines were filthy, and a dryer not operational. Our first night was a stay booked through Hilton as gold members. Remainder of stay booked through Expedia. Definitely experienced a difference in service. All staff were very friendly with the exception of the female front desk staff member in the evening. Her personality sucks -dismissive, and borderline rude.

Parking is $10 per night. Beach access was convenient. I felt like I stepped into a one bedroom apartment when I entered my suite. Living room was separate with its own TV. Unlike the Doubletree next-door. The hotel is immaculate. Staff was great. The location was convenient to my point of interest. Seacrets, liquor store, breakfast, Higgins. I’ve been going to Ocean City for years now and this is by far the best hotel that I have stayed at. Princess Royale ocean side comes next.

It was very different from our last stay in 2024. Beds were lumpy, dirt around faucets and toilet in bathroom. Our shower leaked all over floor and drained very slowly. We were in an end room on second floor and the roof of outbuildings interrupted ocean view. Also we now had to pay for parking in our own hotel lot!! Ridiculous! That being said, your servers Jordan and Wendy, in your restaurant were awesome. We met Jordan last year and she was great. This time her mom waited on us. she was warm an friendly. She even took care of us the next night when the grill was close to closing because she noticed I was now in an arm sling because I fell on boardwalk an broke my shoulder. She got me another delicious piece of cheesecake an got my husbands food as well before leaving. All in all that was best part of our stay. We will probably eat there again but won’t stay there.

Disappointing getaway

A bit antiquated hotel. Definitely need some updating. Air-conditioning leaked in our room and flooded. Because of that I had a fall in the middle of the night. Daytime staff didn't seem very concerned. They did have maintenance housekeeping come in and try to clean it up but left a dehumidifier in our room with the open ceiling. Still had a lot of water leakage. Finally, Night Shift moved us to a new room. Very disappointing situation.

We love the view of the ocean, and we were fortunate enough to have booked an available suite with an ocean view. What made the stay even more special was when we at the right time, seen a dolphin swimming in front of our balcony view. We were planning to book another stay here on the upcoming 4th of July, but all of the rooms are booked! We will try next time. Wonderful stay overall.

We Really liked this hotel, and the location is wonderful! Staff were really accommodating and kind! The restaurant was great! Loved the outdoor pool. The rooms could use some updating especially for the amount you pay to stay there besides that it’s a nice hotel!

Beautiful property right on the beachfront. Spacious bedroom suites overlooking the beach and walking distance to a variety of plenty restaurants, shops, etc. Close proximity to Ocean City Boardwalk, plenty of hotel amenities, very clean hotel, good room service. We will definitely be back...would recomend to anyone, especially couples!

Overall- we enjoyed our stay. The staff is very friendly and the maids are great and the view is amazing, but we weren’t able to use the indoor pool because of some kids trying to make it a big bubble bath. Also it was right before the outside pools were ready to be used yet so not very happy about that. But having said that- the maintenance guy(s) worked hard to get the pool up and running in 3 days. We will definitely go back to this place next time.
