This hotel was a major letdown from the moment we arrived. The room was dirty with visible algae growing on the balcony and cereal under the chairs, suggesting it hadn’t been properly cleaned. We booked a King Suite but were instead placed in a King Business room with terrible furniture and a bizarre layout that made no sense. The parking situation was also a nightmare with barely any spaces and constant circling. Overall, the property feels poorly maintained and mismanaged. I will never stay here again, nor will I ever book through Expedia.

The beach infront of the hotel was clean not much traffic. The rooms were neat and clean. The breakfast was included in our stay and had many options.

Booked this room because it was advertised on beach.. *** HOTEL HAS 2 BUILDINGS NOT IN DESCRIPTIONS ANYWHERE! We were moved to the building across the street, 3 blocks from beach. Definitely not worth the $175/night. Will not be staying here again. Housekeeping also started knocking at our door 15min before checkout time asking when we were leaving, it was disruptive.

I book for my daughter and 5 of her friends.The breakfast was bad( the milk not in the cold place it was warm and they get the stomach ache ) The room service is not done everyday, the kid has to take the trash out , they had to get the toilet paper by themself. Only issue I came across was I forgot to bring my phone charging plug. I had my USB cord however had nowhere to plug into. Most hotels I have stayed at had multiple USB ports. They should upgrade the electric receptacles with ones that are USB capable. Other than that the stay was wonderful.

The staff were exceptional, they worked great as a team. Very thoughtful and considerate. They were always professional and pleasant. Greatest experience and reason was people who worked there. They made our stay so please t. Breakfast was so great.
