Paying for parking when you are already paying couple hundred dollars a night is a joke. There are a set of steps from the parking area which which go buy the beach shop and then to the boardwalk or the beach. However people are allowed to park in front of the steps making access difficult especially if carrying beach chairs. Should be a no parking space.

Good stay at a good location. Booked a room with oceanfront balcony in mind but upon arriving was checked into a separate building entirely, still within walking distance to the beach. Facilities were nice and room was cozy.

Staff was kind and welcoming. Housekeeping was very good. The advertised bar was not open for service. And unfortunately our room was on the first floor, where the pet friendly rooms were located. The pup next door to us yelped a lot. Nerve wracking.

Stay at Hyatt Place was wonderful ,good service, clean room ocean front, breakfast very good, If I would change one thing the toilet were outdated ,very low ,but everything else was 5 stars

The charges for parking were not on my Expedia reservation. Was not a requirement during previous stays at this same hotel. Management had guaranteed onsite parking for a group of motorcycle riders but then charged me $10 per night with no guarantee
