BREAKFAST (which is nothing fancy) should be included for what we paid to stay 3 nights!!!!! $1400+ dollars :( Our neighboring room was SMOKING weed the first 2 nights of our stay.. constant it was terrible!!! The elevators were super slow and one of the 2 was not even working. Other than that it was a great hotel.

Very nice property and very nice location. However, for the amount of a room for 3 days you would think that parking would be included with the room price. It was not 😡, it was an extra unplanned expense for 2 vehicles because we called ahead about the parking to ask if we could possibly have 2 spaces because our party was coming into this town from 2 different areas of the state. We were told ahead of time that we would be givin 1 space, that was included in the room price. So, we could park on the street for the other. ( Which is really impossible) because of the busy area. $80 for 3 nights to just park your vehicle is absolutely ridiculous. I will definitely not stay here again because of the hidden fees and will definitely not recommend it to anyone. We called ahead because we have a handicap situation and was basically lied to. Very nice hotels next to this place, do indeed have parking for their customers and do NOT charge any hidden fees.

This hotel was top notch for families with pets. U always see someone cleaning somewhere, so that was awesome. Our stay was at the building they added across the street, which had its own pool and space for eating. The breakfast never failed us. My only critique is that parking was limited. We got there around 6pm for check in and had to park at their extra parking lot down the street. Even with that said, highly recommend this hotel. Theres a hidden area called The Patio on the 5th floor of main building where guests can take their dogs and it has lounge chairs, dog toys and pool, and ping pong table. Just ask for the paddles at the guest counter

Loved how quick could get to beach/boardwalk from the property! Also loved Kim who was working the sea scape pool bar, she was very kind and had great energy! Our room was a partial view of the ocean which was still great.

Modern well kept property right on the boardwalk with ocean views. 2 pools- indoor and outdoor. Breakfast buffet could be better- especially the “hot” food which wasn’t hot. I’ll be back.

Bad breakfast, dirty indoor pool water

Large widows in our floor hallway looked pretty dirty. Indoor pool water looked very dirty, did not use it. Breakfast was really bad, they serve spoiled fruits and very low quality bagels, pancakes, etc.
