Sea Watch 1603 is an oceanfront condominium located in uptown Ocean City. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony with a great ocean view. This condo is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week!

This condo is the perfect place to spend your family vacation. The living room is furnished with a couch, an arm chair, and a flat screen TV. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a king bed, a flat screen TV, a private bathroom, and balcony access. The second bedroom has a king bed. The den has a queen sleep sofa and a flat screen TV. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to eight people, so bring the whole family!

Family trip

Everything was great. It would have been nice to be able to use the pantry to store food so it wasn’t left out on the counter. A crock pot also would have been great for dinner. But those are just little things, everything was great

Disappointing

Property managers were rude and short during conversations. Furniture was stained and ripped in the living room, hot water heater was not working (building maintenance fixed during our stay), blinds were falling down, and the WiFi didn’t work on initial arrival. The balcony had a beautiful view, but multiple neighbors were smoking, despite it being a non-smoking building, which spoiled the use of the balcony. Located on the 16th floor, and for most of our stay multiple elevators were broken. Check-in and arrival process was disorganized. The building staff were helpful. Overall looked much nicer in the listing than in real life.

Family vacation

Great property for our young family of four! We had a 2.5 year old and 8mo old and it was so nice to be able to just walk down to the beach and not have to lug everything and walk across coastal. My toddler also loves the game room, kiddie pool, and the ice cream shop! It was also super nice for our cousins who visited us on the beach to have a place to get a sandwich! 10/10 vacation!

Great vacation

The property was just as advertised and clean. The building was great especially on a few rainy days. There was an arcade, small restaurant with food and ice cream, and a movie theater. We also loved the indoor pool option.

Cond pictured is exactly what was expected.

Condo was updated and furniture was appropriate for beach. Nicely decorated and not tacky decorated. No problems with unit. I would rent this property again in future.
