Nasty nasty nasty worst hotel in my like they should be sued!!!!!! Nasty room and the water did not work so I couldn’t even take a shower until maintenance came 5 hours after just horrible!!! I couldn’t even get a refund because customer service refused too.

It started when we first arrived, no one was at the front desk. Later a man showed up, said the gentleman who worked the front desk would be back he went across the street. He didn’t ask our name but I guess knew due to the timing we were the last to check in and handed us a paper with our name at the top and asked us to fill out the rest with our 2 keys to our room. The gentleman returned, he wasn’t too pleasant got us checked in. I guess the saying is true, you get what you pay for. The bed sheets were stained, the vinyl blinds had missing pieces to them, the carpet was stained the pillows were flat, everything is outdated. I did see a sign they are celebrating their 100 anniversary. It shows, maybe it’s time to renovate. Also can’t forget the smell of pot. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The young man at the desk during check in was very rude and unprofessional. He acted annoyed and answered or gave instructions with the least amount of effort, one word at best. I do want to acknowledge the gentleman I spoke with the next morning when asking about clean towels was very polite and helpful. The property is in dire need of repairs and upgrades. There was a lot of broken, damaged, falling apart furniture and fixtures in our unit. Overall enough space for the family and we did enjoy our vacation, however I wouldn’t book here again unless some maintenance was done.

Worse experience I have ever had it was smalls and musty outdated and run down my son actually got stuck in the elevator between floors and maintenance had to get him out twice our electricity went out in our room and once the pool was locked 2 hours early I brought this to their attention every time and absolutely nothing was done once I went to the front desk about no electricity and there was a note with a phone number to call no one was even there I have never had such a terrible experience on vacation as this one and they could care less

We asked our entire stay if someone could come clean our room, can we get towels, our child found pills under her bed and a vape after she dropped her phone behind the bed, we also displayed multiple roaches. I asked for a manager a few times nobody came or contacted us it’s a great location the price is ok but the stay was a little miserable for us no elevator didn’t help

Old old hotel

It’s a good hotel for being so old. After talking with someone who has been going to OC for yeaaars… i learned that this hotel is very VERY old so I’m not entirely surprised by its condition. However just like anything… upgrades are needed. The elevator scared me a bit. Wallpaper, or paint, was peeling from the walls. The bed was insanely hard (but i know some people like that… just not me). But the overall the cleanliness is good and i will say the people who run the place are the kindest and most welcoming people I’ve met at a hotel!

Staff was great! Hotel was old and beat up. Door barely locked. Shower had a trickle of water. Window blinds barely covered windows while having a walkway and other building right next door.

I've stayed with the majestic several times in the past. It's a good apartment rental for me because I don't spend a lot of time inside. It's a little dated but they keep it clean. And I'm normally just looking for somewhere to sleep, shower, and charge my phone. The air conditioning was not very strong and one of the bedrooms. And the bedrooms were not separate from each other; you had to walk through bedroom one to get to bedroom 2. Other than that it was a good rental and I didn't have any problems
