Perfect for accommodating up to 14 guests, this condo offers an unbeatable location, just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, along with an outdoor pool and parking for 3 cars. The fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 TVs, DVD player, premium cable package, and free WiFi ensure all the comforts of home. Located next to FishTales—an iconic local restaurant and bar—and a charter fishing boat business, this condo is ideal for a fun-filled vacation. The condo was in a nice location - it smelled super clean when we walked in. Our feet were black within 20 minutes of walking around on the floors. The stand up shower had black mold on the doors. Many of the light bulbs were not working. The couch covers were filthy and staind. This rental definitely needs a deep clean.

Great location. A few small housekeeping concerns but overall very pleased with unit. Key card only worked about half the time but it always worked out that there was someone nearby to let us in so we did not need to involve the rental office.

Perfect location

We stayed 5 days here and it was the perfect location in the middle of everything. Loved the house didn’t have any stairs to worry about with small children. Our only complaint is every bed in the house is extremely uncomfortable. Some are like sleeping on rocks and the bunk room/trundle beds are nothing but springs and loud. The bottom bunk feels like your laying in a hammock. By the end of the 5 days we could hardly walk from the beds. I would stay again but would definitely bring at LEAST a mattress topper for comfort. Would love to see them update the mattresses

New Year’s vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our stay . This was a lovely home very clean and efficient, our only complaints would be that the only room that has a fan in it was the room with the bunk bed .. An there were only two tv’s one in the living room and master room.. But all and all this is one beautiful condo .. I would definitely rent it again and recommend it .. The views that you have are amazing you can see the bay and the ocean.. Definitely a plus for my family and me..
