Amazing recently built and decorated community. Enjoy a private dock (please reach out for size) for you to enjoy fishing and the wonders of sailing. The whole family/group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place, 2 blocks from OC boardwalk and beach. 30 min from Assateague Island National Park, great fam. hiking and amazing beaches with wild horses. Next to the renown Fishtail, highly recommend their late night food and drinks, half a block away from the house. Brand new unit with a private community pool, shared only with 8 units in the Swordfish community. Almost forgot about the amazing view of the bay side sunset from the balcony!

Nice weekend celebrating parents retirement

Beautiful property in a great location close to downtown ocean city. Rooms were very clean and decently furnished. Deck overlooking the bay was great. The community pool was awesome and convenient if your not in the mood for the beach. Communication with property owner could have been better but not a huge deal. Overall, a fantastic renting experience!
